Reserved an Oppo X9 Ultra, they shipped it. I got some alert. Checked it, said on its way. Thought oh its china gonna be a month. Checked it 2 days later and it was with the driver needing a signature. 10/10 would leave work early again. Cannot believe how fast this came.
First time importing and I need to previce this as a review on the service from Mo and his team they have been very clear, helpful and answered any and all questions. I haven't received my phone yet and thus the drop in a star. The shipping has been a nightmare and FedEx is terrible all on their own especially in the states and I would recommend looking into using different shipping options for their N.American consumers. Pre-ordered on the 27th of April, shipping started on the 6th and it the 19th of May so almost a month since ordering, when I chose express shipping. So no knock on Mo and his team but the shipping and shipping options need reassessing. That aside, would still recommend them.
The battery lasts a long time, and photos and videos turn out well. The integration with Google is also good.
