At The Mobile Marvel, we understand that purchasing high‑value products is a significant investment. That’s why our shipping process is meticulously designed to ensure your order arrives safely, securely, and on time—every time.

Shipping Options

Standard Delivery – $300 HKD (All Regions Except the EU)

  • Transit time: Up to 8 business days after dispatch.
  • We use premium carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) so costs are unavoidable but reflect speed, reliability, and security.

Express Shipping – $500 HKD (All Regions Except the EU)

  • Transit time: Typically 3–4 business days after dispatch (most deliveries arrive within 3 days).
  • Handled by globally renowned companies such as DHL Express, FedEx International Priority, and UPS, known for transporting high‑value items with care and reliability.

Express Shipping to the EU – $250 HKD (approximately €28)

  • Transit time: Typically 3–4 business days after dispatch (most deliveries arrive within 3 days).
  • All shipments handled by FedEx International Priority, a leading specialist in secure, high‑value international deliveries.

EU Tax‑Included Shipping (7–10 Days, UPS) – $450 HKD (approximately €50)

  • Transit time: 7–10 business days after dispatch via UPS.
  • All import VAT and taxes are prepaid, so the price you see at checkout is final with no extra fees on delivery.
  • This service uses dual tracking: one tracking leg to our EU warehouse, and a second leg from the EU warehouse to your final destination.

  • Every shipment requires a signature upon delivery, ensuring your valuable purchase is handed directly to you or your authorized recipient.

Real‑Time Tracking

  • Track your order at every stage with real‑time updates, providing full transparency and peace of mind from dispatch to delivery.

  • Your item is secured using robust, discreet packaging and tamper‑evident seals to protect against damage and unauthorized access during transit.


Customs, Import Fees, Tariffs and VAT/GST

United States, United Kingdom, Canada & Australia

  • For orders to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia, your price at checkout is fully landed and tax‑inclusive.
  • The Mobile Marvel Limited covers all customs duties, import/brokerage fees, tariffs and any applicable VAT, sales tax or GST on your order in these countries.
  • These amounts are paid by us directly to our logistics partners and/or the relevant authorities on your behalf.
  • You will not be asked to pay any extra border or tax charges on delivery, as long as the address and order information you provide are correct.
  • In short: You pay only the checkout total; we cover everything else related to customs and taxes for the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.

European Union + EFTA

For EU customers, we offer two shipping options:

  1. Express Shipping via FedEx (Duties & Taxes Unpaid)
    • Your order will arrive faster, but local VAT, customs duties and any handling fees are not included in the checkout price.
    • You will be responsible for settling any VAT, customs or courier charges directly with the delivery company in your country.
    • Where possible, we will assist by using a lower declared value to help reduce your payable fees.
  2. EU Tax‑Included Shipping (DDP – Duties & Taxes Paid)
    • All applicable VAT, customs duties and import fees are prepaid on your behalf.
    • The price you see at checkout is fully landed, and nothing further should be due on delivery.
    • This service uses dual tracking: one tracking leg to our EU warehouse, and a second leg from the EU warehouse to your final destination.
    • In the unlikely event that you are asked to pay any VAT or customs charges under this option, please contact us with proof of payment and we will reimburse you 100% of those charges.

Countries Not Mentioned Above (Rest of the World)

  • As part of our after‑sales service, The Mobile Marvel Limited will cover any sales taxes (not brokerage fees or storage fees) exceeding USD $50 on your behalf.
  • For very high‑value products such as computers and tri‑folds, we will cover any sales taxes exceeding USD $100.
  • To process such reimbursement, you will be required to provide proof of payment and a valid PayPal account for us to facilitate the refund.
  • We cannot return funds directly to your credit card, so please do not request this option.
  • We will not cover any customs duties if your country charges them (most countries do not charge customs duties on smartphones).
  • Where possible, we will declare a lower value to help you pay a smaller fee, within legal and carrier guidelines.


Non‑Delivery, Missed Deliveries & Refusals

To protect both our customers and our business, we apply clear rules around non‑delivery and delivery issues.

Responsibility for Correct Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
  • We are not liable for non‑delivery, delays, or loss resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or unsecure address (for example, using a workplace, shared residence, or “leave at doorstep” note).

When Tracking Shows “Delivered”

  • If the courier’s tracking and proof of delivery show the parcel as delivered to the address you provided, we will consider the order successfully fulfilled.
  • Any loss or theft after this point (e.g., from lobby, doorstep, reception, concierge) is treated as post‑delivery theft and is not covered by us.
  • You may need to raise this with local authorities and, where applicable, your building management or insurance provider.

Missed Deliveries, Refusals & Return Fees

  • If the courier makes delivery attempts to the correct address provided at checkout and no one is available or willing to accept the parcel, this may be treated as a failed delivery.
  • If the parcel is returned to us due to refusal of delivery or multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts (while the address provided is correct), the order will be treated as a return.
  • In such cases, a 10% handling fee will be deducted from your refund. You will also be responsible for both the original outbound shipping cost and the return shipping cost. If you contact us more than 10 days after the first failed delivery attempt, a 15% handling fee will apply to cover additional return and time-related costs and shipping as mentioned above.
  • If you wish to have the item reshipped after a failed delivery, additional shipping charges will apply and must be paid before we dispatch the parcel again.
  • Refunds will only be processed once the devices arrive back in Hong Kong with us. 

Genuine Non‑Delivery (No Delivery Scan)

  • If your tracking does not show a successful delivery scan and you have not received your parcel, contact us within 3 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • We will open an investigation with the courier, and you may be asked to provide additional information or a signed non‑receipt declaration.
  • If the courier confirms the parcel is lost in transit before delivery, we will either resend your order at no additional cost, should you prefer to cancel at this stage we will charge a 5% gateway fee.
