At The Mobile Marvel, your satisfaction and security are our highest priorities. That’s why we offer a clear, robust warranty policy—so you can shop with total confidence.

One-Year Standard Warranty for Most Products

12-Month Coverage: Most new mobile phones and tablets come with a 12-month warranty
covering manufacturing defects and faults.
Simple Claims: If your device develops a covered fault, simply send it to us—we’ll handle the rest.
What about shipping: We will cover the return shipping costs. The cost to send the device to us is the customer's responsibility.
Warranty Start Date: Your warranty begins on the invoice date.

Waterproof Products, Accessories & Gadgets

Manufacturer’s Warranty or 30-Day In-Store Warranty: For these items, you’ll receive either the manufacturer’s warranty or a 30-day in-store warranty —whichever offers more protection.

No Manufacturer Warranty? No Problem

For imported items without a manufacturer’s warranty, The Mobile Marvel provides direct
coverage—we stand by every product we sell. (This only applies to smart phones, tablets and smart watches.)

Warranty for Used Phones

Phones under 12 months old: 1-month warranty or balance of manufacturers warranty if available from purchase date.
Phones older than 12 months: Sold as-is with no warranty.
All used phones: are thoroughly inspected before shipment.

What’s Covered

12 months: Manufacturing defects or faults causing malfunction.
12 months: Material faults affecting performance.
1 month: Detachable rechargeable batteries with material faults.

Note: Physical damage to display screens is considered accidental and is not covered. However, we’ll cover the cost of returning your device to you after assessment.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Email us at cs@themobilemarvel.com.
2. Include your product’s serial number (e.g., IMEI for phones) for faster service.
3. Only send accessories if requested by our team.

What’s Not Covered

- Damage from accidents, misuse, or improper handling.
- Unauthorized modifications, software changes, or rooting/jailbreaking.
- Wear and tear, accidental damage, or exposure to moisture, heat, or impact.
- Issues from improper power supply, network problems, or unauthorised repairs.
- Consumables (batteries, cases, lens hoods, non-electronic items).
- Loss or damage to data, software, or third-party accessories.

Special Notes

- Warranty does not cover:
- Accidents, misuse, or improper storage.
- Exposure to liquids, sand, dirt, or extreme environments.
- Repairs or modifications by unauthorized personnel.
- Use of non-approved accessories or software.
