Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at sales@themobilemarvel.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
Why has my order been canceled?
We will only cancel your order if you have asked us to cancel it or you picked crypto or bank transfer as a payment method and the payment was not recieved by us and our attempts to reach you did not work.
How do I cancel my order?
There is only a short amount of time (approximately 12 hours) between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via mo@themobilemarvel.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed.
Can I alter my order?
Yes orders can be modified usually if there is no price difference and there is availability this is usually only for changing color variations for example.

Yes we ship to most major countries. Please see in checkout our offered countries list.
How much is shipping?
We have two different shipping options one is standard delivery which costs $200 HKD (this will be converted to your local currency) and we have express delivery which costs $500HKD (this will be converted to your local currency).
Can I track my order?
Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online. If for whatever reason you are having a issue please reach out to us at any time and we will be happy to help.
Will I have to pay custom duties/VAT/GST?
We do our best to avoid duties,taxes and VAT/GST for you by declaring a low value and in most cases from our experience little to no duties have been due by our customers.
Should any arise we will be more than happy to cover these for you above €30. Please send us the payment amount you made and your PayPal and we will refund the amount above €30 back to you.
Currently we cannot apply for IOSS for the eu.
These are expensive devices do you use trustworthy carriers?
We only use Fedex (DHL if Fedex is not available) as our carrier. Standard and express are both tracked and standard usually takes 4-7 working days and express 2-4 working days (more remote locations can exceed these timelines). Also the package is our responsibility until it reaches your door and you sign for it.

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept payment by PayPal and certain Crypto payments. We also accept manual bank transfer (this method gives you a certain amount of time to settle the payment to our account you will also receive a email with our bank account details for your reference once you have made the payment and we have confirmed it has been received we will manually confirm your order and normal order procedure will apply).
Where is my refund?
We aim to process refunds within 3-7 days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

What if my device arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us immediately with photos and details. In terms of faulty or damaged on arrival devices return costs are waived and we will arrange either a refund or send out a new device once the old one has been returned to us all costs will be borne by us for logistics.
Do you provide warranty?
Yes we provide warranty to our customers and it is based on manufacturers warranty usually that is 12 months. In case of warranty claims you will have to contact us and you will have to send the device to us by tracked shipping. We will then help get your device repaired and sent back to you. we also help with non warranty repairs but of course the repairs costs and shipping is borne by the customer.
What is your return policy?
So our return policy is you have 7 days if its a general without fault return, however due to the nature of our business we will charge 5% of the devices total amount or $100 USD (whichever is greater) and the return tracked shipping will costs will be borne by the customer. Accessories are non refundable unless they have a defect or arrive damaged.

All devices are 100% authentic, sourced from official suppliers, and shipped in original packaging with manufacturer warranty unless stated otherwise.

All technical specifications and network bands are listed on product pages. Reach out if you’re unsure about compatibility. You can also check on GSM arena or with your carrier. (Note: certain American carriers need verification before the phone works on certain carriers)
