The Vivo X500 Pro (small screen version), has got me very impressed. Even though it is Chinese version software, it doesn't bother me using the phone at all. Every banking app and digital ID apps works right from the start. Installing Google Play Store was very easy, I'm using the keyboard "Gboard" and can write in my native language (Swedish) with no issues. Performance is fantastic, very fast and I haven't encountered any overheating, the phone just works fast and has great battery life, the included charger refills the battery very quickly. Most days the battery last almost all day (I'm a heavy user, using it from morning to the evening). Camera is very good, also a few video shots came out looking great. My device has dual psychical sim card slots AND E-Sim (16/1TB) version. I'm not sure if all lower storage version has E-sim though. The box includes phone with pre-applied plastic screen protector, a protective case silicone style which has raised edges for screen and camera, a vivo fast charger without adapter for your local plug, have to buy the Chinese to EU plug separately. I'm using the charger with my own adapter and it works with fast charging no issues. Can strongly recommend the phone which came in SEALED box, very appreciated that no one has touched the phone before myself. Customer service through WhatsApp was very helpful all the way, both before, during and after purchase. I will be a returning customer once a need a new phone for sure. Delivery was around 1 week, and last mile delivery company for me delivered the phone without any issues. I'm a happy customer and can recommend this shop/store. System and settings is shown in English language, which is no issues for me.
In hand feel and responsiveness of the screen, haptic feedback when writing is very good. Microphones and speakers when talking with speaker during phone calls works without issues.
Quality phone build and everything works just as good as expected of a flagship phone.
If you want a small form factor flagship, right now as of November 2026, look no where else. The Vivo X500 Pro is the best one available and in my opinion is worth the high price tag. I'm happy with it and it will most likely work well at least 3+ years with my heavy usage.
