I was very skeptical about purchasing a phone outside the US, this was my first time and the previous company I tried to order my phone with didn't help. Phone was delivered in a week without paying priority shipping. I love my Magic V5. I would highly recommend this company.

Just received it unboxed and ready to go had a slight delay in receiving it from the original date but this was communicated to me I was offered a color change if I wanted immediate shipment to me made but wanted to green so was happy to wait the delay was around 2 extra days to ship.

Super thin light I'm coming from pixel 9 pro and it feels like 2-3 generations ahead.

Also like the vivo atomic workbench game changer and makes it feel more like a desktop multitasking which is cool.

Had some confusion regarding the different versions (collectors/standard) got on Whatsapp spoke to the customer support and great interaction placed the order.

Got my device 2 days early.

The device itself is kind of difficult to use because it lacks 5g bands and also the software doesn't work my food delivery app not sure why not but there's little information regarding it online.

However, need another company to come out with this aspect ratio it's the best out there.
